Need a page to link to an outside website

My blog at michellekondrich.wordpress.com is being used as a part of my larger website at http://www.michellekondrich.com created with Behance Prosite. I would like a Home or Illustration Page/Button that will link back to michellekondrich.com in the event that someone clicks on a blog post in Prosite and is taken to the blog. I want them to easily be able to get back to the original site.
