Need a payment confirmation/receipt

  I am a high school Track & Field and Cross Country coach and we run our program website through WordPress. I recently renewed our site with the district/athletic department credit card, but we (our district nor myself) have not received any confirmation of payment or online receipt. How do I obtain one of these?
