need a photo grid w/each photo clicking through to a text page

  Hello,
  For one page on my site, I want a large square or rectangle photo collage wherein each photo clicks through to an individual text page with the person’s story. When you scroll over each photo, I want some kind of icon or pop-up indicating that clicking takes you through to content. I want to be able to add to the collage myself.
  I don’t think I can set it up myself. Coding is like attempting to learn Chinese to me. I would like to pay someone to set up the page for me, and can show me how to add on to the collage and make edits myself. Can any users help me?
