  I had to create this account because it seems no one remembers our account login and it doesn’t appear to be associated with an active e-mail address in our company. When I go to the page to check for updates I’m getting a WordPress installation screen. The website itself is not responding. I need to contact someone at WordPress to find out what happened to our site.
