Need A Refund!

I realize the WP team is on retreat until the 19th (based on reading other posts), but I just purchased upgrade media space for my blog (Austinlb) and don’t need it. With the support site “down”, I can’t figure out any other way to request a refund so I’m doing it here. Thank you.

The staff does check the Forum on a regular basis. Since many people have more that one blog to save time if you could confirm the blog name beginning with http that will same some time.
