  hi,
  I do not want the domain upwardfacingdog.mom. instead I would like upwardfacingdogmom.com. please refund this purchase and please consider making upgrades a little bit more user friendly.

  Hey corialice,

  You can get a refund if you cancel your domain within 48 hours of purchase.

  Refund a Purchase

  Go to Manage Purchases to initiate a refund.
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  After that, you can register your new domain.

  Hi Corialice,

  I found an article that might be useful for you.

  Refund a Purchase

  The article says that you can get a refund if you just purchased the domain upwardfacingdog.mom within 2 days though.

  As for the upgrade plan, you have 30 days to do so.

  So after you made the cancellation, then only you buy the new domain under a new transaction.

  I don’t know if the people at WordPress can do otherwise.
