Need a refund

    Hi

    I registered as a new user but didn’t realise that the personal plan doesn’t allow you to upload your own theme. It didn’t say that on the list when choosing the plan. This is no good for me as the next plan up is too expensive. I would like to cancel my plan and get a refund as I couldn’t have bought it if that had been clearer. Who do I speak to about this?

    Why was I charged?

    Furthermore, the site you’re referring to (julesparker.co.uk), is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it’s hosted by 123-Reg.
