Need a refund

Hello,
I subscribed back in January because I had just signed up for Thrive Themes. In trying to set that up, I was led here and made to believe I needed to purchase an account for my upcoming website, reclaiming happy dot com.I have done the required steps to activate my account to no avail I keep getting the same messages saying action is required.
Beyond that, I don’t need a WordPress dot com paid account and it should have been much more clear what I was paying for. The entire experience was confusing and frustrating. For such a popular and high-tech company, I would expect better.Anyway, I’m writing to ask that you refund my purchase considering I don’t need it and even if I did, I can’t make it work no matter what I do.

In addition, I did what the bot told me to do, but because my account was never set up (see original message) I can’t click on the purchase I want refunded. No such purchase exists on my account, but the amount was definitely charged to my credit card.
PS: the blog I need help with is not bethcranford dot com (as mentioned the one I need help with doesn’t exist on my account.) AND I checked the box that says not to show my domain publicly. And yet, there it is. -

I don’t see any payments from your WordPress.com account. If you were charged recently, could you enter the charge details on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com? You will be able to send those details to our billing team so that they can review them and help you with the next steps.
You can also find out the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com (here’s how) and send it to billingsupport@wordpress.com. Please do not post the transaction ID in reply to this forum post.
