Need a Refund and to Cancel

  I received an email yesterday saying my account will be renewed for $18. I disabled the auto upgrade but would like a refund and to just cancel my entire account. Can anyone help?

  If you need a refund, you can get one directly through your dashboard, under Store > My Upgrades.

  If you need a refund, you can get one directly through your dashboard, under Store > My Upgrades.

  If that doesn’t work for you, please create your own thread here so we can take care of your issue.
