Need a refund. Dashboard gives me an error

Hello,
I registerer/mapped a domain yesterday. I need a refund for it. When I enter my question on the help guide it tells me this:

The following upgrades for your blog Denis J. Jiménez are eligible for refunds:
Request a refund for Domain Mapping
Request a refund for Domain RegistrationBut when I click on the link a new page pops up and says:
The page requested does not exist
The page you requested does not exist, or you do not have have the necessary privileges to access it. You may return to the dashboard of Denis J. Jiménez by clicking here.

When I go to my dashboard> my upgrades to cancel the subscriptions there’s no cancel button. Instead, the system tells me that my domain has been up for a year and isn’t eligible for cancellation/refund.
It’s been less than 48 hours and I need a refund.
Please help!!!

Hi Denis,
It looks like only Private Registration was canceled. I’m sorry about that. I understand you would like to cancel your custom domain: denjimen.com, but please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.
Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.
You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:
After 60 days from the date of purchase or registrant contact information change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar by following this guide:
If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm.
