Need a refund for unwanted auto-renewal charge

I refer to ‘RECEIPT ID 32496236’ where I was charged $48USD for something that I do not need due to an existing auto-renewal charge.
I don’t see the refund button any where on my account. So could a Happiness Engineer help me process/request a refund?

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement.
Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

Your last renewal payment has already been refunded. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
