Need a refund from a premium theme I purchased yesterday

    Hi,

    I recently purchased the premium Headlines theme. After inputting content and playing within the theme for a few days I now realize it will not work for my site.

    How do I get a refund? I am also interested in purchasing a different premium theme to replace Headlines. Can I just make an exchange?

    Hi Chris,
    You will have to contact Staff http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ Search for “premium theme refund” or “premium theme exchange,” and at the bottom there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
