    Hi,

    A friend of mine who knows about all of this stuff told me that i need to cancel my premium purchase. I originally built a site on wix. Then i got the idea to add word press for the blogging and to drive more traffic. A friend who knows what he is doing told me to cancel because he will set my stuff up i guess through you free packages. Can you please cancel and refund my purchase as we haven’t used your service

    To get Staff attention on your post, please start a new thread, and add the tag modlook to it. I’ll add the tag to this one as well, but as a general rule of thumb, for issues like this, it’s better to start your own thread than to add a comment.

    You should be able to cancel your plan for a full refund from the Purchases page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Please let me know if you run into any trouble with that. Also note your premium plan gives you access to 24 hours live chat support Monday to Friday, and priority email support whenever chat is unavailable.
