Need a refund / unable to contact anyone

    I am unable to contact anyone at wordpress. Does anyone know if they have a telephone number or email address?
    I had a two-week trial for an upgrade. The trial should end on Sunday, February 1, which would be two weeks from January 18, which is the date I upgraded it. I canceled the premium upgrade on January 31, and I was not a premium member anymore but I received a bill that charged $99 and my account was charged already.
    I am very frustrating by this because my two weeks wasn’t even up yet and there is no one I can contact. And the refund policy even says “wordpress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except for Domain Registrations..”

    Please let me know if there is a customer service line I can email or call and actually speak with someone about this.

    Hi there,

    From Details and Terms:

    You can try any participating upgrade for a 14-day trial period, at no charge.

    You will be asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14-day trial period is up. If you cancel before the period is up, you will not be charged at all.

    We will send you an email reminder one day before you will be charged.

    You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time, request a refund and also disable auto-renew.

    I received a bill that charged $99 after I canceled the upgrade before the trial is up. What I wnat to know is when will I receive my refund.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    I see that Kris has already processed a refund for you. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
