Need a Refund – your link doesn't do what it says it does

The links you have for support just go in a circle – very frustrating. I’m trying to get a refund on a domain mapping. Also, I did turn off auto-renewal before i deleted the site, but I want to make certain the domain doesn’t renew. I need a simple billing contact, btw WordPress is NOT user friendly and has terribly customer service since I just keep going in circles and I don’t want to labor through a forum just to find more dead ends. I’ll never use it again.

    Hi smallspacecruising,

I have looked into your account. When you canceled your Domain Mapping and deleted your site the $13 payment for domain mapping was voided before you were charged. You may have seen a pending payment on your statement but the funds were never transfered to us.

If you are still seeing the payment as pending please contact your financial institution.

I’m contacting you in regards to the renewal charge. I deactivated the auto renewal and credit card billing information before the charge date set in place but I still ended up being charged on the website I have no use for anymore. Please contact me as soon as possible regarding my refund. Thanks

    Hi rchavez87,

The auto renewal for your domain was cancelled before that charge went through, so WordPress.com did not collect any payment for that. Your credit card may show a pending payment, but no funds were transferred to WordPress.com.

You can contact your credit card company if that pending payment is still appearing on your card there.
