Need a second page, About

I want to have a blog with an ‘About’ page, very similar to the Unofficialhuddinge blog I already have, but I cannot find where and how to add a second page to it. No point in launching a blog when I cannot inform what’s it’s all about. It would like a pinned message.

How exactly do you imagine that? Would you like this info to be visible on the top of the page with all your posts? If you could tell us more details, we may be able to advise better. Thanks!

Thx, I started a blog (it is in Swedish) years ago. With a “Home” and a “About” page where I explain a few things about the blog. You can see it here https://unofficialhuddingeif.wordpress.com/

Thx, I have done that 3 or 4 times, different themes, even a blank page. Nothing shows on the home page that there will be a second page to view too.
