Need a SIMPLE theme

Hey guys, so after trying countless themes for my website I’m stuck. I’m looking for a really simple theme, where there’s basically just one button on the page. The button would then lead to a page with a video, and an acuity or google calendar integrated booking system right under it where someone books a time with me. Then a thank you page. Here’s a link to what the home page would look like: https://prnt.sc/qgk1r6 . That simple, not a landing page or anything like that. Anyone know what theme would work for this? I don’t care if it’s free or paid. Thanks a lot

Also wanted to add I don’t want anything on the sides like “blog post” or anything of that sort. If I can add a privacy policy and Terms & Conditions somewhere on the bottom it would be great, but that’s it. If anyone knows of anything, please let me know. Thanks again
