Need a theme for a network site.

I am organizing a international network, with 50+ members. I need a template free or pro, hosted with wordpress, that contains such an option. Where can I find it or how to create it.?Greetings.

The number of members we have on a WordPress.com blog is not a theme dependent issue. All themes can be viwwed in the Themes Showcase where there are filters for feature searches and live demo sites for each theme.
