  I cannot access to a profile that is linked to ‘onishikensetsu.com’
  I received a verification email couple of weeks ago to my email linked with this current account.

  Hi @ebishota, are you log out and log back in with the email address you used to create the site?

  If you cannot, we do have a means of recovering access because you have an upgrade:

  Thank you very much for your reply.
  I was able to log in to my WordPress account, but I don’t see any website linked to my account. I also don’t see anything on the purchase history as well, but I do have billing on my credit card.

  I am sure I was the one who tried working on this website ‘onishikensetsu.com,’ but I don’t have any idea which email account, nor transaction id, activation key to reactivate this account.

  The only info I do have is this email I received from WordPress in the past.
  (Please understand I hid the email for security purposes.)
