  The email address tied to the domain is not the email address used for the site in question. This site is under a different WordPress.com user account than russellgaskellmaccom or myspan106s17, so you would need to log into the correct account in order to manage the website.

  I will note that the renewal for both the domain and Business Plan went through a few days ago, so they’ve already been renewed for another year.
