Need access to a website that no longer is with WP

  Hi! My previous web designer created the website in WP but my current designer migrated it to Shopify. How can I access my previous account if I don’t remember the password and I don’t have access to the email registered.

  That was a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  If you need to access it again, your best option is to ask your former hosting provider’s support if they still have a backup of that account.
