Need access to files from an old WP acct — can’t log in

  5/8/23 —  Need access to files from an old WP acct — can’t log in

  Orig site was designed on a WP platform.

  Just created new one — on non-WP platform.

  Pointed DNS to the new site. But, now……… we can’t log in or access the native content on WP.

  HELP??

  Hi there!

  bonjouryallwp is not a valid website address. Can you share the full address/link to the old site that you’re trying to log into? This will help us locate the site and see if it was hosted by us at WordPress.com. If not, we might be able to point you in the right direction, but we need to know the full site address first. :)

  We initially had our site (the link above) designed through WordPress, but have recently pointed it over to another design platform (where the site currently takes you). We had assumed we’d still have access to all native files, content, etc, ON the WordPress — even though *that* wasn’t what was live/published anymore. But when we enter the UN + PW. Is doesn’t pull up? Help? We *just* need to archive that content. Help?
