Need access to know who controls a website.

I am the current President of an organization and I would like to know the email of the person who has access to the website. The last President of the organization has informed me he is not sure if the email that created the account still exists (university emails are removed 1 year after graduation). I was wondering how I could find out who controls the website so I could track down the current owner.

We cannot provide the email address for another account under any circumstances, as we require you to provide the email as proof that you own the account.

Thanks for the domain. As that site is set to private and you are not a registered user on the site I also cannot give you the username of the owner. However, as the site has a paid upgrade you might be able to gain access to the account that owns the upgrade, if you have access to the payment details or the receipt for the last payment made on the site.
The payment for the upgrade was processed via PayPal, so they have a transaction ID for the payment. If you provide them with the correct payment information they can give you the transaction ID, which you can then use to verify your ownership on the account recovery form.
I have also sent an email to the address on file for the account that owns the site. If you or someone in the organisation receives that email, please reply to it and we can help you regain access that way.
