  I should have expanded on it macmanx :-)

  I am taking it off WordPress and moving it to another site. To do they said I need access to database specifically. When I looked around it on the helpfile they said contact a Happy Engineer to make that happen as I don’t have access to it on my free site

  It’s possible to do things differently if you were moving TO WordPress.com but moving away you can only create a copy of your own content, not settings, theme etc. And that is assuming you’re building a site elsewhere with the wordpress software.

  It is bluehost which I am moving to. Copy of the database would be fine

  We do not provide database exports on WordPress.com. We only provide content-exports in the form of a .xml file, which you can import via the WordPress importer in the dashboard of another WordPress installation.

  We don’t offer any export option on WordPress.com that you can upload directly to another provider’s server via FTP or MySQL.
