    hi,
    seems almost impossible to access help.

    I need access to the above site. Not sure why, but can’t access help in any other way.
    i just need to get into my thai version of my crysoend site.
    the original develop has disappeared and i can’t contact him , and now i am left with trying to figure this out. i don’t know exactly which email he used or the password. etc.
    i have the main site http://www.cryosend.com now hosted with godaddy and i can access the english and japanese versions on my site there, but not the thai version.
    so what do i do. I have spent almost all day on this shit.
    i just need to know how to access the thai version of cryosend.com
