Need access to my tutoring website

  I need to access my tutoring website, but the password I have on file does not work and the email linked with the account no longer exists. I created this site in 2014. I do not have any of the required proofs that I own the website.

  Question: If I re-make the website from scratch, can I use the same URL? It is on all my business cards and stationery!
