Need access to my website

    Hi there

    I paid for a website domain and I didn’t know you had to verify within the hour and now it won’t let me access my website.

    Can you please help me enter my domain and have a profile attached to it?

    Hi there,

    There is no requirement to verify a domain within an hour. New domains allow up to 14 days for the domain to be verified before it’s suspended.

    madeclothe.com belongs to a completely different account than the one you’re using to post here. Log out of the debbiemcmillan8214 account, and log back in as the username you used to buy that domain, and you’ll be able to make changes to your site.
