  Hi,

  I never verified my email, and as a result lost access to the site I was building. sarah-kelleher.com. Can you help??

  To clarify, are you saying you never confirmed the email address with your email provider? The WordPress.com account has been verified via email already.

  If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

  You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
