  Hi, we had a recent developer working on our site. Now we can not get in touch with him to get the admin password. Its been weeks since he responded. What do I do

  Hello @sarahtailormadehealthcom,
  I may disappoint you, but only the admin can control the site and make changes or transfer the site to your account, because he/she is the one who created the site.

  It’s better to get in contact with the developer and ask for the password, if he/she does not want to share the account info then you can just ask him/her to just transfer the site to your account.

  There’s no other workaround for this. I am really sorry.
