Need access to paid wordpress site

    Hello, I am contacting the help desk on behalf of my boss Brandon Booth. He has a paid site with WordPress (helenahealthclub.com) but the developer who helped him design the site vanished & did not give Brandon the log-in credentials. Can you please email him at (email visible only to moderators and staff) or call him at [redacted] so that he can regain access to his site? Thank you very much!

    Firstly, please do not share personal information like email ID, phone numbers, transactions id’s etc… in any public forums for your own safety. I have added a modlook tag to this post for the staff to remove the phone number that has been added in the above post.

    However, I am afraid you are in the wrong forum for your query.

    A quick ICANN who is search suggested your site helenahealthclub.com, is not hosted here on WordPress.com. Your site is hosted at HostGator given the following name servers:

    NS6393.HOSTGATOR.COM: 192.254.190.116

    In which case, it is likely you are using the open source WordPress software. Getting to https://wordpress.org/support will help you find both the support and documentation for the version of WordPress you are using.
