    Hi,
    I am the new developer for the website https://customfitout.com.au/ – The owner of the site – MATHEW SCIURIAGA has engaged me to update the site and I need to access teh site and the hosting. It turns out that the site is hosted by WordPress, DNS pointing to

    Hi James,

    Only an existing admin on a WordPress.com site can give another account access to the site. We cannot make you a user on that site at your request under any circumstances.

    Please ask the site owner to log into the WordPress.com account they used to create that site. Then they can invite your account as a user from My Site ->Manage ->People.
