Need access to wordpress.com site

Hi.
I’d like to report a problem with the following site: https://terramarconsulting.wordpress.com/
Somebody created this site without authorization of Terramar Consulting and used company name, logo & content without permission.
Can you please help us gain access to this site or remove it?
We are unable to follow your standard form to account recovery since we have not been involved in the initial setup.

Thank you. We will discuss this with our client and submit the form. The problem is more than a trademark infringement. This is impersonation. The site is pretending to be our client’s business. Is the trademark form still the right way to go or do you have another form for this case? Thanks

WordPress.com Terms of Service Staff have authority to act only when copyright infringement on a site hosted by WordPress.com is in evidence and has been reported to them by way of a DMCA notice.
