Need Account Support – Purchasing

I received an email stating I was just billed automatically for a hosting account for a domain I transferred away from WordPress.com to private hosting. I can’t ‘Manage Purchases’ because it doesn’t show there. No card information shows for me either but it may have been billed to a previous card. Someone from WordPress support or your payment processor please advise. Thank you.

I don’t see any charges at all in your WordPress.com account. At what email address did you receive the email? And does it indicate for which domain?
Post your email address on its own line and it will be hidden from public view automatically.
