need account without blog

  I’m actually helping a friend set up her own domain with WordPress – want to use Jetpack but she needs a WordPress.com account. I can’t find a way to sign up without getting a blog – there use to be a sign up like that, but now? I can’t find it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can also sign in within jetpack while installed on your wordpress.
