Need admin access

  The design studio has left us half way with no access to the site, we need some help
  We do not know the email or password associated
  Please assist, thanks

  Hi there,

  If you’re having login issues, you may try initiating an Account Recovery:
  https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  In summary, you’ll need access to one of the following:

  I.) primary email on file with the account

  OR

  II.) the phone number you’ve used to set up Two-Step Authentication

  OR

  III.) Account Recovery form: “Transaction ID” and/or “Activation URL or key” and/or recent “Two-Step Authentication Codes”
  (the more detailed you can be, the better; a transaction ID can be retrieved from the respective billing statements)

  OR

  IV.) Recovery Email and Recovery SMS Number you’ve setup

  If you don’t have any of the above, the odds of recovering your account would be low. This policy is to protect the users.

  Hi Steve, thanks so much for your reply.
  Our best option here is to have a recovery email and mobile, although how do we set that up if we cannot access with primary email (designers)..?

  Hi @naturaltradecaribbean, if the account belongs to the designer, you would need to work with them to have the site transferred to you. We wouldn’t be able to just take it from them.

  Can you send a link to the site so we can confirm whether it’s hosted with us?
