Need admin access to my organization's website

  I am a current member of the extracurricular organization (Duke Disability Alliance) for which this website was created: http://www.dukedisabilityalliance.wordpress.com . No current members of our organization know who became the administrator after our founder graduated from Duke (she has since passed away). I am quite new to WordPress, so I am not sure what I should do so that we can regain access to the website. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  Hi there,

  That site belongs to the username, dukedisabilityalliance and there are no other admins on that site.

  Only that username can transfer ownership of the site or add additional admins, so you’ll need to gain access to that account to have access to the site again. The only way to do this is via our account recovery form:

  Account Recovery

  If you’re not able to provide the verification of ownership required by that form, we won’t be able to help you gain access another way.

  We do not have telephonic support, and as this is an account recovery issue we can only help via the form I linked to above. Not even live chat will be able to help you in this case.
