  Hi I accidentally registered with a wrong email and I put in my credit card for the trial plan. Since it is the wrong email I cannot change it with out a confirmation email or access it. Neither can I cancel the plan without it. I don’t want to be charged every month fr something that I am not even be able to access so someone please help! My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff), the one I put in wrong is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  You can first update the email address to the correct one by following the instructions in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/

  You don’t have to login to your current incorrect address to update your email address.

  Then you can cancel the upgrades and issue a refund yourself by following this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  Let me know if you face any trouble following these instructions.

  It requires me to confirm with the original email(the wrong one) that I’m trying to update. I need a staff on this one.

  I’ve looked at your user records and it appears your account is verified and set to the email address you’ve identified as correct.

  You were also able to remove your Premium plan free trial. As there are no more upgrades on your account, you can expect no charges.

  Please check the account for navycitrus.wordpress.com under the email (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I couldn’t change my email without a confirmation email so made this account instead.
