  Hello I am looking to start my own real estate website
  It is to rent rooms, advertise selling and buying properties

  one major feature I need the facility to allow my user to create their own registration login and password to the website without having access to the administration side of my website, the subscription will be payable
  I need also to allow them to create their own ad uploaded pictures, can you advice what will fit best for this service, please.

  Firts you will need a Business or eCommerce plan, to be able to install plugins.
