Need advice on design and new site with using customised login from a old site

I have an existing wordpress site that has customised links where clients login to access and assessment platform and distributors login to access resources. The site needs updating and I see that I can purchase wordpress webdesign for $399 per annum. If I select this, then I can resign my website however I want to know if I can easily add the pages with the login access to drag across the assessment platform etc.

WordPress.com doesn’t give the option to upload custom code and $399 doesn’t match any of our pricing here. You may be thinking of a self-hosted WordPress.org setup, and if you choose that route, then you will have full access to modify code but you are also responsible to maintain the custom code on your own. Both options have very good pros and cons and it’s just a matter of picking the one that works best for you—sounds like that will be a WordPress.org setup in your case.
