  ok heres the thing I have the theme picked out and I downloaded the Zip to it @ my desktop now how do I get it to go into the Blog so that it changes my theme to the first stage of the way I want it? It’s the Eclipse Theme

  Well here’s the reality. Only bloggers with software from wordpress.org can upload themes. At wordpress.com we are hosted by wordpress. We are on a wp-MU multi-user blogging platform. We can select themes from here -> Presentation – > Themes
