Need all addresses to unblock in sonicwall please

WordPress is having issues on our student network, mainly, the theme blocks when choosing a theme are all white with a broken image or ? depending on the browser we are using. Everything shows fine when logged in to the staff network. This is a sonicwall issue. I have searched the forums, unblocked the s0, s1,s2 sites, *.wp.com, *.wordpress.com….none of this is working. All I have found in the forums from wordpress staff/engineers is for everyone to contact their IT dept. Us IT departments really need this info in order to unblock this problem areas. We did not design the site and we do not know what to unblock. Please help.

What is the URL of the site you refer to?
Network is a reference to wordpress.ORG software installs that are not on our WordPress.COM servers.
This is wordpress.com support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Hi @d4decoys, can you unblock by name instead? We have a large network with quite a few IPs, and they can change.
Also, have you checked in with their support as to why they’re automatically blocking these resources in the first place, or do you generally block everything and only allow whitelisted sources in your configuration?

I wanted to add, too, if you’re planning on having many students sign up all at once, please let us know in advance so our systems won’t inadvertently block you.

What is happening, on our student network, we go to Get Started, steps 1 and 2, and then we they get to Step 3 (choose a theme) we just get blank boxes. I can see the theme boxes just fine on the staff network. Just need to know what to whitelist. I included in my initial post what has been whitelisted so far. thanks.

You can try i0.wp.com , i1.wp.com , and i2.wp.com . I don’t know if your *.wp.com listing is being ignored, but those are the CDNs those images should be loading from.
