Need an A-Record IP-address for mapping a domain to a WordPress blog
-
Dear Sirs,
I want to map my domain http://www.heilpraktiker-wallburg.de to my wordpress blog http://heilpraxiswallburg.wordpress.com. The german provider “strato” doesn’t allow the change of the CNAME-Server. Their support told me that I have to become an A-Record IP-adress from WordPress to make the mapping possible. Can you please help me?
Many thanks in advance

Hi Carmelo,
We recommend using name servers to map your domain to WordPress.com whenever possible as explained here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
However, if necessary, you can use the following IP addresses:
66.155.9.238 192.0.80.250 66.155.11.238 76.74.254.120 76.74.254.123 192.0.81.250Please be sure to use at least two IP addresses when mapping the domain. Also, if your domain stops working at any point in the future, it’s possible that the IP addresses have changed. You can reach out any time, and we’ll give you the new ones!
