Need answer quickly! Domain mapping in value bundle

  I purchased a value bundle that provided the domain name feature. I have a name already but when I go to map it, it says I will be charged $13. It also says I have 48 hours to cancel the bundle so I need an answer asap! Thanks.

  Hi there, I am very sorry we did not get to your query promptly, and I see that you’ve already canceled and refunded your Pro Bundle. Now that you no longer have the bundle, I cannot determine why the free domain credit was not showing up. Would you be willing to try again — purchase the bundle, try mapping the domain that you have, then let me know if you run into any issues? I’ll process any refunds as necessary, of course.
