I already have an existing website with WordPress which was worked on by an external team. I do have access to the WordPress account using another email but would now like to provide admin access to this email. Would love some technical assistance from your end. Thanks in advance!
The site I need help with is http://www.dukkaan.ae. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com – we have absolutely no access and no control over that site.
Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
