Need Assistance Adding external HTML file to my WordPress

  Hello Everyone,

  I am trying to add an interactive game to my wordpress page. It is in a folder containing an index.html file and other folders and files to make it work. My ultimate goal is to have this game work inside the “tab” aspect of Elementor using iFrame.

  I believe it is not working because I have not uploaded the folder in the right place on my directory. I can confirm the files are actually there but the link still won’t work when I use src in iFrame.

  I saw different tutorial videos online to get the gist of it, and they all uploaded their external html files in different places. So, I have created a folder and uploaded the proper files via FTP in the following places (I will refer to the created folder as gamefolder, which contains the index.html and other folders for the game):

  -public_html –> wp-content –> themes –> oceanwp –> gamefolder
  -public_html –> gamefolder
  -public_html –> mywebsite.com –> gamefolder

  None of it worked though. I copied the URL of the files on the directory properly and it just isn’t working. I think where I placed the folder may be the problem.

  Any advice is useful. Even if this isn’t possible with the tabs in Elementor, I would at least like to add this game as a separate page on my website somehow.
