Need assistance ASAP

    Hello, Is there a phone number I can call for assistance? I have checked EVERYWHERE and it is very frustrating that a support number is not accessible. I [redacted] manage my lab’s Worldpress website [redacted]. Whenever I update a page, the online version of the page does not actually update but it is correct in the admin edit section.     Hi,
    Wordpress does not offer assistance on call. As per my understanding the changes made on your website are not getting published online.

    Just for my understanding are you clicking the “Publish” button on your website?
    Please check the following :

    1)Post settings (Under status) : Should be Publish immediately
    2) On your dashboard in site settings option : Please check in your general settings that the privacy settings of your post are changed to “Public”

    There is no telephone support at WordPress.com so I have added the modlook tag to ask staff to redact your phone number. What is the address of the site you are working on? This forum can only assist with sites hosted here. If your site is hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software you need to register an account and seek help from:

    There is no way to delete this thread? What if I delete my account? My profile username also contains sensitive information (my first and last name) that is identifying and I would not like public. Please let me know if there is any way this thread can be deleted, as this is a big privacy concern for me.

    Hi @phophs,

    While the thread itself cannot be deleted it is possible to change your WordPress.com username and change your Gravatar image. You may change your username and forum avatar from:
    https://wordpress.com/me

    If there’s additional information that you feel is private and would like removed let us know.
