Need assistance for adding my audio file via clypt.it

  I have always been able to paster the link and get the player and file. Now, I can’t. And by the way, why would the public upgrade if we can’t reach anyone to answer our questions. I am looking to add features but this is one of the reasons I am hesitating. No customer service.
