Need assistance on importing my blog.de blog

  As blog.de discontinues I tried to import my blog content on 17th Jul. At 18th it says that the import is running.
  Now after the weekend I get the same mesage, to wait 24 hours or to contact the support.

  So please look on my Account and tell me the status of the import or reset the whole thing, so that I can start over to retry the import.

  Hi Chris,

  The importer got stuck during your import — sorry about that! I just reset the importer so you can try that import again.

  If you continue to have trouble with the import, please let me know and I can investigate that for you. :)
