You have reached support for sites hosted on WordPress.com. Your site is hosted on GoDaddy using the free software from WordPress.org, and therefore we cannot assist you with your plugin issues.
For the differences, please see:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/You may wish to post on the WordPress.org forums at http://wordpress.org/support/ or contact GoDaddy for further assistance.
Also, it looks like another user on the site purchased domain mapping for eventtechnews.com, which is unnecessary if the site is hosted on GoDaddy. If that user contacts us, we can refund that purchase.

By the way, I was referencing your other post at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/i-can-not-log-in-as-eventechnews-as-the-plugin-updatechange-wont-allow-it?replies=2 for the site URL. If that isn’t the site you meant in this post, please let me know.
