I somehow have a charge for $13 on my credit card but it’s not attached to any of the two websites i own, which are free. I am assuming it is a charge from my ex-husband, but I don’t have access to his account and don’t know which website it would be. I have no receipt, just the charge to my bank which shows up on my statement. Can you please refund me my money?? I think the charge shows a unique code that I can share with you to track down the location of this charge.

Oof, sorry to hear it. There is indeed a unique code, but it’s private and you won’t want to share it here. Your best bet is to use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for.
Once you’ve located the charge, you’ll be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If you have any trouble with that though, or can’t find the charge, update us here and we’ll figure out the next steps. Thanks!

Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly. Can you confirm whether you were able to do that?
